Accommodation policies
All room reservations are made by ASA; hotel will not accept reservations by individuals for the ASA meetings and "Taking the Hill" Day. Reservations must be accompanied by a one-night ($248.24) room deposit. Reservations are first-come, first-served, and the number of rooms is limited.
ASA Hotel Rate (includes resort fee): $214 per night + 16% tax ($248.24 total/night)
Resort fee covers local phone calls, toll-free and credit card calls, high-speed Internet access, fitness center access, bottled water in the room and a daily newspaper.
